Under the terms of Decree-Law No. 84/2021, of October 18, 2021, which regulates consumer rights regarding the purchase and sale of goods, for used vehicles, it is agreed between the buyer and the seller that the acquired vehicle will have a warranty period of 18 months by mutual agreement, with a reduction in the public sale price, starting from the date of delivery, or a 6-month period if the buyer is a company, sole proprietor (ENI), or an individual using the vehicle predominantly for professional purposes, in accordance with Articles 913, 916, and 921 of the Civil Code, valid in mainland Portugal.
There is an option to purchase the vehicle with a 36-month warranty, with price adjustments applied to the vehicle's retail price (PVP).
