This website is intended for the sale of used vehicles to consumers, sole proprietors, and companies, in accordance with the legislation in force in Portugal.

2. Terms of Use:

              2.1. Acceptance of Terms- By browsing this site, the user agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions as well as applicable legislation.2.2.               2.2 User Responsibility- The user agrees to use the website only for legal and legitimate purposes. Provide correct and up-to-date                                information when contacting the seller. Not use this site for fraudulent, defamatory, or illegal activities.                                                              3. Products and Prices:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         3.1. Vehicle Information- The vehicles listed on the website include detailed information such as features, prices, and availability. However,                   we do not guarantee the absence of typographical errors or inaccuracies.                                                                                                                                       3.2. Prices- The prices displayed include VAT (where applicable) and other legal charges unless stated otherwise. The company reserves                     the right to change prices without prior notice.                                                                                                                                                     4. Purchase and Reservation Process:                                                                                                                                                                                                                              4.1. Vehicle Purchase/Reservation- If the customer wishes to purchase a vehicle, the selling entity may require a deposit payment. The                        seller reserves the right to withhold the vehicle until the payment is visible in their bank account.                                                                                              4.2. Cancellations and Refunds- The right of withdrawal may apply under Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14, for distance purchases,                     except if the sale is made in person.                                                                                                                                                                                       5. Warranty and Liability:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       5.1. Vehicle Warranty- Under the terms of Decree-Law No. 84/2021 of October 18, 2021, which regulates consumer rights regarding the                        purchase and sale of goods, for used vehicles, it is agreed between the buyer and the seller that the acquired vehicle will have a warranty                    period of 18 months by mutual agreement with a reduction in the public sale price, starting from the delivery date, or a 6-month period if                    the buyer is a company, sole proprietor, or an individual using the vehicle primarily for professional purposes, in accordance with Articles                      913, 916, and 921 of the Portuguese Civil Code, Valid only in Portugal mainland.                                                                                                                              5.2. Disclaimer- We are not responsible for, errors or omissions in vehicle descriptions, temporary unavailability of the website and fraud or                    illegal actions by third parties misusing our information.                                                                                                                                                    6. Personal Data Protection: We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - Regulation (EU) 2016/679). The data collected on this                    website will be used only for commercial purposes and customer communication. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction - These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute will be resolved in the Comarca de Sintra Court, in Portugal.                                                                                                                                                                                                                    8.2. Alternative Dispute Resolution- In case of a dispute, the consumer may resort to an Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity. For more information, please visit the National Consumer Information and Arbitration Center (www.consumidor.gov.pt).                                                    9.  Cash Payment Limits:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    9.1. It is prohibited to pay or receive in cash an amount equal to or greater than €3,000.00; an amount equal to or greater than €1,000.00 for corporate income tax (IRC) taxpayers and personal income tax (IRS) taxpayers with organized accounting; and an amount equal to or greater than €10,000.00 for non-resident individuals who do not act as business owners or traders. In installment payments, the total payment is considered.  10. We provide the Guidance Manual for the Prevention and Combat of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing, which is available for customer consultation.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      11. Changes to the Terms and Conditions:                                                                                                                                                                                                    11.1.
