General Conditions

1. The data controller, in accordance with the GDPR (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"), is Lobato Figueiredo, Comércio de Veículos, Unipessoal, Lda., with NIPC 509756433, located at Estrada Nacional 9, KM 17.2, Ral, 2710-039 Sintra (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller").

Source of Personal Data

1. The Controller processes personal data obtained with the customer's consent and collected as part of the purchase contract and the execution of an electronic order placed in the online store www.lfmotors.pt.
2. The Controller processes only the customer's identification and contact details necessary to fulfill the purchase contract.
3. The Controller processes personal data for delivery, accounting, and necessary communication between the parties involved in the contract, for the legally required period. Personal data will not be disclosed or transferred to other countries.

Purpose of Data Processing

The Controller processes the customer's personal data for the following purposes:

1. Registration on the website www.lfmotors.pt in compliance with Chapter 4, Section 2 of the GDPR.
2. Processing electronic orders created by the customer (name, address, email, phone number).
3. Compliance with laws and regulations arising from the contractual relationship between the customer and the data Controller.
4. Execution of the purchase contract based on the required personal data. The contract cannot be fulfilled without personal data.

Data Retention Period

1. The Controller retains personal data for the period necessary to comply with legal obligations and regulations resulting from the contractual relationship between the Customer and the Controller, and for a period of 3 years after the contractual relationship ends.
2. The Controller will delete all personal data once the retention period expires.

Recipients and Processors of Personal Data

Third parties processing the customer's personal data are subcontractors of the Controller. The services of subcontractors are essential for the successful execution of the purchase contract and processing of electronic orders between the Controller and the customer.

The Controller's subcontractors include:

• Webnode AG (e-commerce system)
• Google Analytics (website analytics)

Consumer Rights

In compliance with the Regulation, the customer has the right to:

1. Access personal data.
2. Rectify personal data.
3. Request the deletion of personal data.
4. Object to the processing of personal data.
5. Transfer personal data.
6. Withdraw consent for the processing of personal data, in writing or via email.
7. File a complaint with the supervisory authority in case of a suspected violation of the Regulation.

1. The Controller has implemented all necessary technical and organizational precautions to protect personal data.
2. The Controller has taken technical precautions to secure data storage, including password-protected computer access, antivirus software, and regular system maintenance.

Final Provisions

1. By placing an electronic order on the website www.lfmotors.pt, the customer confirms they are informed about all data protection conditions and accepts them to the fullest extent possible.
2. The Controller reserves the right to update these conditions at any time. A new version will be published on the website.
